I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Walden University and completed my graduate internship in a community mental health setting, where I gained experience in crisis intervention, assessment, and working with
individuals from diverse backgrounds.
In our work together, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you develop effective coping skills and navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in identifying your strengths, building
resilience, and achieving meaningful, lasting change.
